The asking rent does not include letting fees. Our standard administration fee (which covers general administration, referencing and preparation of paperwork) is one week’s rent. A security deposit, usually equivalent to six week’s rent, is held with the government-backed ‘My Deposits’ scheme. A deposit protection scheme certificate will be provided for a £50.00 fee.

Depending on your circumstances and the property you select, one of the following may also be charged to you in advance;

• inventory fees, including check-in
• guarantor arrangement / application fees
• additional occupant fees
• pets disclaimer fees / additional pet deposit
